Department of Geography
The University Estate Management team began a period of refurbishment to the roofs of the geography department buildings, which included three roofs to be completed over a two year period. The works had to be completed during term, therefore a cold applied waterproofing system was required.

Kings Ford School
The original asphalt roof of Kings Ford Junior School was leaking and a new waterproofing system was required, with the addition of insulation so that the school could meet current building regulations. However, the exterior detailing to the original roof had been painted white, giving the roof a distinctive appearance, and the client did not want the addition of insulation to alter this appearance.
