Not only can our roofing systems be guaranteed for up to 25 years, but once installed they meet the highest fire ratings available for a roof. Environmental responsibility is also a key consideration for Liquid Plastics, and having both our head office and manufacturing facilities on one site in the UK enables us to control and minimise the environmental impact during the manufacturing process. Our commitment to the environment is also reflected in our pursuit of the first product specific environmental rating.

We submitted our Decothane roof waterproofing systems for the rigorous BRE Environmental Profiles Methodology assessment process, which has resulted in us being the first, and currently only, liquid membrane manufacturer to have our products assessed by BRE using this method – the results of which can contribute towards a building’s BREEAM rating.
