Greg Turner - Group Operations DirectorI spent the first 10 years of my career working with Akzo Nobel and Mars Group before joining Liquid Plastics, where I have been a director since 1982. My primary responsibilities within the business are for our Manufacturing Operations, Site Development and Engineering, the Environment, Health & Safety, and Human Resources.
During my time with Liquid Plastics I have been closely associated with the establishment of our American sister company from a green field site. This opened in early 2002 after design and engineering parameters were established in the UK and executed by local contractors.
In addition to my responsibilities at Liquid Plastics I also held a position on the Board of the Lancashire Learning and Skills Council for four years. The primary role of this board was to represent the views of employers, and at the time I was the only representative from the private sector.
