the problem -

The roof construction on the civic centre in Wolverhampton consisted of a concrete deck with asphalt waterproofing. However this was leaking and had also begun to look old and tired. The client required a leak free system that would add a new lease of life to the roof.

the solution -

Liquid Plastics’ seamless waterproofing membrane system – Decothane Gamma 20 – was specified. This is a completely cold applied system that cures to form a seamless, watertight membrane free from the risk of leaks.
